Joint Mobility/Stretching ~ 10'

One arm Long Cycle - 16kg 15/15 (3')
Long Cycle - 16kg 15 (90"), 20kg 8 (1'), 20kg 3 x 6+6+6 (3' rest)
One arm Long Cycle - 28kg 12/12 (3')

Stretching ~ 5'

Notes: not much to add, a bit pressed for time... neck is still tight.
