Thanks for giving me access to the IKSFA site! Already I have learned common errors of the classic lifts.
I look forward to my first regional kettlebell sport competition on September 17th in Seattle, then much more training to prepare for future meets.

Here's my most recent short Snatch set at the NW regional meet in Tacoma, WA. This was my first Biathlon.

Please critique this set. I am not certain that all the reps on the first side counted due to fixation.
I'm grateful that many competitions allow multiple events. Now I want to go back to Long Cycle, but have a new goal with the Snatch: Finish the entire set!
