Week 2 with Rudnev!

This week was not my best. Had to skip Thursdays workout because of a busy schedule, but I fit in my yoga class in the morning.
Monday May 7.
Cleans 2x26kg 2min @13 rpm rest 2mins
Jerk 2x24kg 2mins @12 rpm rest 2min
Cleans 2x22kg 5 mins 11,11,11,12, 12 rpm
Circuit training GPP. Plyo box steps 10 mins.
Tuesday May 8 Yoga 1 1/2 hr.
Wednesday May 9
Cleans 2x24kg 4 mins 12 rpm. rest 3mins
Jerks 2x24kg 3mins 11 rpm. (4mins were prescribed)
My arms were fatiguing fast , just burned out.
4km Run.
Thursday Yoga 1 1/2 hr.
Friday rest day
Saturday May 12
Cleans 8 mins 10 rpm for 7 11rpm on the 8th min.
10 mins were prescribed, not sure why I stopped.
5km run 1 km Walk.
Overall it wasnt too bad of a week. I have a long way to go and Im enjoying the journey.
