It was four awesome days in Januaryiin Motala. It was a pleasure to meet these nice Russian guys and to take part from their unbeatable experience. It was worth every swedish crown payed and the camp has developed my technic a million times. Proud to be a part of IKSFA.

Since we started IKSFA Channel on YouTube on March,07 the 100 subscribers milestone has been achieved today.
We hope that every Kettlebell Sport professional,as well enthusiast keep enjoying our Training Sessions video.
We have an outstanding Team consisting of World and Russia Champions and members of Russian National Team,which represented by the best of the best of Russian School of Girevoy Sport.We have the Coaches and Athletes who can demonstrate different technique and styles at the same time achieving their highest potential.
