This week started a little rough , but I got through it ok.

Snatch with Gloves 1x16kg 15,15, 10 ,0 right 15,10,0,0
I was beat!! Lost my grip couldnt handle snatch today.
Skipped Circuit training and Plyo Box.
Tuesday 6/5 No Yoga. Had an Acupunture appt in NYC for my hamstrings and hips.
Feeling like crap. The Acupunture most of released something that was making me feel sick. I did the workout anyway, hating every moment of it.
